I actually prefer their coffee to Starbucks. It's nothing amazing, granted, but for a little hole-in-the-wall place, it's a welcome business, especially if you're stuck in the building all day....

The coffee is good and they have fresh baked breakfast bakery items. It is convenient if you work in the Landmark office building. No other reason to go.
