I started working with Gateway Funding in 2009 and have loved every minuet of it. Gateway has provided me the lending platform to meet every need of any client while delivering lightning quick turn times with a common sense approach to underwriting and loan approval.

Specialties

I specialize in residential mortgages for borrowers who may have difficulty obtaining lending elsewhere, such as borrowers with credit issues, past BK, forclsoure and short sales etc. Self employed borrowers often have difficulty showing enough income so I partner with a great team of people to overcome these lending obsticals to help put more people into the homes they want. I also specialize in FHA and VA condo project approval and can get a project on either approved list within the normal course of an escrow.
