Teppan-yaki is the most popular and features talented and skilled chefs who entertain with flair and precision while cooking in front of approximately eight diners. The other two areas include regular dining in which traditional Japanese cuisine is cooked in the kitchen. This includes popular selections of seafood, steaks and chicken. The Sushi Bar and sushi dining is also very popular and includes the freshest seafood and culinary talents of several veteran chefs.

There are lots of Tepanyaki options In Fresno but Japanese Kitchen should be your only choice. Make reservations on weekends or go early if you don't want to wait! It's a dive but it's a delicious...
