History

Originally established as Plaza Verdugo Fitness & Rehabilitation, Inc, we aligned with FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers to bring the most innovative care to the Foothills of Southern California. Jane Mead grew up in the area, having graduated from Glendale High School, UCLA ,USC, and recently completed her doctorate from the University of Michigan. She is passionate about bringing the latest research and technology to this community. Dr. Mead has taken extensive course work in manual therapy, Redcord, Gokhale Method, Pilates, Yoga, Balance and Vestibular training. We have invested in state-of-the-art Solo-step, Hypervibe, LightForce laser, Miracle Wave, and Smart Fit in our clinic and incorporate CBD products with instrument-assisted soft tissue manual therapy. Dr. Mead has a strong foundation of multiple approaches to treatment and brings in the latest in evidence-based care for rapid relief of pain and efficient recovery and return to full function.

Concierge-style, boutique physical therapist-owned private practice that was established in 1989. We treat all ages and conditions with special equipment and training in pain relief, posture and mechanics, falls prevention, return to sports and anti-aging.
