Services provided: Individual and Couples Counseling with a focus on addressing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma and healthy relationships. Interventions: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Person Centered and Strength Based approaches. Rates as low as $45 per hour for those that qualify via my Sliding Fee Scale. Please keep in mind that I am only in the office when there is a scheduled appointment. If you schedule a session and need to cancel/reschedule please contact me as soon as possible so that I can fill that slot or so that I may plan my time at the office accordingly.
