History
Manchester Medical Group is a state-of-the-art facility with electronic medical records, an in-house lab, treadmill exercise testing, ultrasounds, 2 D echocardiogram, nerve conduction studies, venous studies, as well as, in-house consults with subspecialists. The two internists, Dr. James Richards and Dr. Paymon Banafshe, enjoy strong reputations in the community for practicing the highest level of medical care combined with a perfect bedside manner. Their warm manner, capacity to listen and ability to clearly discuss medical issues enable them to partner with their patients, working as a team in making decisions about care. Both have served on numerous executive committees and review boards at the best of our local hospitals and, currently, are each serving as medical director at several nursing facilities and medical advisory boards in the community.

Dr. Richards is incredible. He explains everything in detail and answers all my questions. The staff is also amazingly friendly and well trained. I see Dr Richards for all my Healthcare needs.
