James Lick High School is operated by the East Side Union High School District and is located in San Jose, Calif. It teaches more than 1,100 students in grades 9 through 12. The school maintains a Comet Family Resource Center, which provides health and social services to the students, staff members and parents. It organizes a variety of extracurricular activities, such as cultural assemblies, a tobacco use prevention education program, peer tutoring, conflict mediation and social work. Established in 1950, James Lick High School s facility includes a science wing, photo and computer laboratories, playground, cafeteria, art and music rooms and over 30 classrooms with TV monitors, VCRs and connectivity to the Internet.

chill school teachers teach well, student body is fun, lots of fun events. kinda violent sometimes though but less than independence.
