I started in the real estate industry in the worst economic downturn since the great depression. At the time, this was when majority of real estate agents were leaving the real estate industry, but I jumped in with both feet. This thought me significant lessons of persistency, integrity and perseverance. I was able to use my communication skills to help homeowners losing their homes to foreclosure to negotiating with the banks for short sale approvals. This led me to help homeowners to become renters and when their credit was repaired into homeowners once again.
