History
I have been teaching in the areas of psychology and counseling since 2005. Working in outpatient mental health clinics has been a part of my work experience since 2009. Upon becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California in 2015, I knew opening my own private practice was the next step.

I am passionate about helping individuals explore challenges and experience personal growth in a safe and nurturing environment. My ultimate goal is to help you take that next step toward eliminating whatever obstacles prevent you from engaging in your own life. My area of specialty is with persons struggling with eating disorders. The complex nature of eating disorders is best met with a holistic approach and willingness to collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and dietitians. I have worked extensively with these professionals. I believe full recovery is possible.
