Jackson property management has alot of hidden fees like $150 to sign a new lease not to mention they raise rent every 12 months by $100 to $150 .. very GREEDY company ..

AVOID them at all costs ! They are slumlords ! They want their property to match market value with property not up to par . They refuse to do ANY work
