There is no handbook on what steps to take if you get a DUI. Here at Jackson Bibby we do our best to help guide you through this overwhelming experience. We offer same day appointments and proof of Enrollment to the DMV so you can get your restricted license as soon as your eligible. We have groups Monday - Friday (day time & evenings) and also Saturday mornings. Please call to check availability for a specific day and time. Spanish speaking instruction is available as well. We offer the following First Offender programs and Multiple Offender programs: 12 Hour Education Component (Vehicle Code 23140 under 21 Years) Wet & Reckless Program AB541 - 3 or 4 Month First Offender Program AB762 - 6 Month First Offender Program AB1353 - 9 Month First Offender Program 12 Month First Offender Program 12 Month Multiple Offender Program SB 38 - 18 Multiple Offender Program If you are a First Offender call or email us ASAP, as you are probably eligible for your restricted license before you have even have your first court date.
