I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in private practice at the Peninsula Center for Children and Families. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and women in transition. I love working with adolescents, couples, and individuals. Reaching out for help can be scary, so I believe it's important to normalize the therapeutic experience as much as possible. Therapy does not have to be mysterious, magical, or intimidating.
