WHY DID IT TAKE ALMOST 20 MINUTES FOR THEM TO GET ME MY ORDER? We ordered a burger, chicken sandwich, two tacos, fries, and a drink. Basic stuff, so why did it take them so long to make my order....

It should be against the law to give stale food. All food chains should do what works best which is "made when ordered" the problem of spending money on low quality service.
