Clearly understaffed at night. Expect up to half hour waits just to get your order. Line doesn't even need to be particularly long for this to happen. Food often arrives cold by this point.

I work very early in the morning so I always try to stop at Jack in a box but these past few days they been closed and its supposed to be open 24 hr. WTF
