Drive thru guy named Ricardo was rude AF! Went back because I missing some items and for some reason he told me to get the f* out of his drive thru like he owned the joint!

And of course this "manager" does not mention anything about fixing this issue or will talk to employees about it. Stop replying to us if you're not going to do anything about it.
