The clerk Heidi and another female behind the counter cursing. When I informed them my kids order was wrong Heidi laughed to the other female and stated "idk what's in these dumbass burgers"....

Very misleading website and menu. What's with all the fees for a delivery order? How do you cancel or clear an item?
