Tried walk in to get food and use the facilities and were completely ignored! Eye contact was made but no acknowledgment or 'be right with you'. Walked out without them blinking an eye.

the guy at the window soooo rude we asked for a sauce packet and he rolled his eyes and scoffed and we didn't get our sauces even after clarifying that we'd pay for them.
