Utterly awful. I have never waited so long for fast food in 30 years. Our online order took the better part of 30 minutes! Srsly what the heck.

The Smashed Burger was So Delicious, Mouthwatering the first time. So I went to 2 other J&B, and it was not good. Very Disappointing. What Happened???

Literally says closes at 2am but no one is answering at the drive through, open signs are on and everything but no answer. Maybe change your hours if you're understaffed.

We waited in line for almost 45 minutes to get two burgers. Seems like the place is super understaffed because waiting 45 minutes in a drive through is insane. We only had two cars ahead of us...
