History

In 2015 Josh started his own dance team, with just 12 dancers, and Team 3 Thousand was born. Josh started the dance team with the vision of providing more than a place for kids to dance, but a place for them to develop as young people, build a dance family, and grow as individuals. Team 3 Thousand is a community of like minded creatives of all ages and walks of life. The team quickly grew into what is now J3K Dance Company. As a Choreographer/Director Josh's goal isn't just to be the best choreographer, but his goal is to be the best leader for his teachers and students. A leader that encourages students to step into their full potential by exposing them to the experiences and opportunities necessary for them to succeed in their artistry.
