Boba is decent, but soooo slooooow. Took them 20 minutes to make our three drinks, forgetting our fourth. They then rushed and made the fourth quickly at least

you can only order through a kiosk. i simply wanted to add oreo but the worker said i can only get what's on the kiosk. im more than happy to pay extra it just wasn't an option. i received my boba...
