History

Peter W. Chung, Photographer and Entrepreneur of J Photo Center, began his professional career in 1967, where he first took on the role as a Supervisor for Saehan Color Lab. Within a short period of 4 years, Peter diligently learned and mastered the art of photography and quickly attained the position as Superintendent for Saehan Color U.S.A., on the Island of Guam. After 16 years of photography and management experience with Saehan Color U.S.A, Peter decided to take his knowledge and skills to San Francisco, California, where J Photo Center was first established in 1983. In 1994, J Photo Center was relocated to its current day location in Sunnyvale, California, where it has since been serving the Silicon Valley with exceptional photographic services.
