I normally don't give 1 stars but ... I'm sorry this location is horrible. I ordered drinks for my staff and we waited over a hour to receive our drinks ... 6 drinks and 3 orders were the same...

I don't go to boba drink shops often but when I do I tend to visit It's Boba Time because of their extensive menu full of pretty and yummy choices plus they have sooo many locations throughout...

Pick up order and took so long! 1st time happened. Been ordering bobatime to all other location and this location needs mgrl supervision

Worst boba in Los Angeles. Rude service and rudeness from the owner. Will not return. Go to Boba Bear down the street if you want quality boba. 0/10 would not recommend
