Fully embracing not only the concept, but also the wood-fired grill and ovens of the venue, Executive Chef Michael Fiorelli has created a menu which honors the “on holiday” experience by staying true to the ingredients and styles of preparation found in our favorite beachside getaways The venue itself, with interior design by Tom Parker of Fettle, boasts three distinct areas which provide dynamic dining experiences with every visit.
