*iSpin gives you fun, full body cardio and conditioning where you cycle to the rhythm. Each high intensity, fast pace session will burn 400-600 cal, build strength and endurance. All classes are All Levels. Our formats are tailored the latest playlists (Hip hop, R&B & Old School remixes). Expect to challenge the entire body and mind. We work with weights for upper body work, target all intrinsic abdominal muscles, increase balance and coordination. Our *iSpin Studio provides an intimate setting, private coaching tips and guidance for a more effective workout!
