Owner Iva Boteva founded iROW in May 2009. Ever since the studio has been an integral part of the rowing community in Marina del Rey and the Los Angeles Area.

ROWING. The best hidden secret in the fitness world....While rowing machines have become available at many gyms, they are still massively misused. In order to get the great total body workout that the machines are meant to provide, it helps to have an understanding of basic rowing fundamentals. At iROW Fitness Studio we specialize in expert rowing instruction for individuals of all ages and abilities. We offer private, semi private and small group indoor rowing and outdoor rowing lessons (outdoor lessons take place in Marina Del Rey, CA). Learn to row in a single (1x) or double (2x), and if you have a group of friends interested in rowing together take a lesson in the quad (4x)! For youth rowers in middle school, we also offer a program that meets three times a week. It is easy to get started, so come discover the best workout ever and a whole new way to wellness!
