His professional practices are dedicated to appraisal and assessment appeals valuation services. He maintains two certifications: Certified Public Accountant and Certified General Appraiser. The appraisal certifications were issued by the California State Office of Real Estate Appraisers and the Nevada State Department of Business and Industry. He has been approved to appraise realty in Arizona. The Certified Public Accountant certification is from the California State Board of Accountancy. He has continuing education in real estate valuation, taxation, and business valuation. Mr. Irish is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the American Institute of Business Apprand Real Estate Investment Advisors of California.
