I specialize in lite-touch technique bodywork. This enables me to go deep into the body without causing pain. The bodywork has the ability to CHANGE pain patterns. Great for joint pain, headaches, back pain, sprains/strains, sports injuries, acute injuries, restricted movement, knee problems, acute and chronic pain, neuromuscular dysfuntions and over all stress relief. Postural work and gentle movement exercises further enhance this neuro-muscular reeducation process and empower the individual to interact with their own internal communication process to gently restore balance.
