I though rose season was over, but boy was I wrong. The roses were all in full bloom and there were lots of buds waiting to bloom. Not all roses smell equal. Lots of roses don't have any smell....

Beautiful rose garden right next to the capitol building. Roses are also planted throughout the park and not just in the garden. We visited around March-April and many roses were in bloom.
