Professional massage therapist since 1991. Specialized training over many years includes craniosacral, visceral manipulation, and Somatic Experiencing.

Specialties

My bodywork practice helps re-regulate your body's response to stress/ trauma. We use touch, the language that bodies understand -- our first language! Somatic Experiencing helps you develop skills in sensing & boundaries, toward feeling safe enough to relax and connect. I also use manual therapy to encourage postural/ structural alignment, and overall healthy organ function.
