Aero Industries was acquired by Gavial in 2004 to increase the Company's manufacturing and machining capabilities. In early 2006, Gavial acquired what is today Met Weld International, is a leading supplier of Engineered Process Systems and Industrial Controls for the power generation, oil & gas and chemical industries.
