Great space and awesome instructors. They have 9:15, 12, and 6 pm drop-in, donation-based meditation classes Monday through Friday. Great way to get some calm before or after a hectic day.
I can't say enough great things about their daily drop-in meditations at 9:15, 12:15, and 6:15. Such a great service for the community with really amazing teachers.
