Innovation Brew Works is a professionally managed café and brewery located at Innovation Village on the Cal Poly Pomona campus. Serving as a learn-by-doing brewery laboratory, it offers hands-on experience in brewing and brewpub operations for students, alumni, faculty, and the general public.
With a focus on craft beer, all of Innovation Brew Works' beers are named after prominent figures of the university and the city of Pomona. They use Cal Poly Pomona barley grown at Spadra Ranch and oranges grown on the university campus itself. In addition to their beer selection, they also serve food including custom personal pizzas, salads, and fresh sandwiches.
