InnerWorks is great. I have been taking the yoga classes for 4 months and I love them. I meet great people, the classes are excellent and I leave with positive energy, ready for my day....

Been here maybe four or five times and it's just so-so. The worst part is the carpet floors, which make the yoga mat slip and slide. Not safe. Teachers and prices are fine, but not my favorite....
