Brittany Carrico Yoga
HistoryBrittany first came to her mat in 2008 and fell in love with her practice ever since. Having been athletic from a young age, she always welcomed the new physical challenges yoga offered. But as time went on her practice would evolve into something much more personal. Yoga has offered growth and flexibility not only in Brittany's body but also in her mind and spirit. As her practice grew, she soon felt a transition; the lessons she would learn on her mat started to come into play in other areas of her life. This transition inspired her not only to deepen her practice but share her love of yoga with others. Since completing her training in 2011, she teaches classes focused on finding strength and flexibility in body, mind, and spirit.SpecialtiesBrittany leads yoga sessions, classes and events available to all students of any ability! Trained in traditional Hatha yoga Brittany's teaching also includes influence from Vinyasa, Yin, and Ashtanga.
