Rick and I started or real estate careers in 1976. There was a 17 year gap when Rick was a full time appraiser and I a lending professional. In July of 2013 we re-opened Pierson Real Estate and Investments as a boutique family business. We serve referrals from our friends, business associates (out of area realtors) and newly made friends. Our specialty is in vineyard properties and vineyard lifestyles, although we of course do all general real estate and Rick does small income properties. Our motto
