Over paid security guards. Did not help my situation at all! Then end up causing more issues. No protect and serve!! Please put this funding somewhere else and have LAPD cover Inglewood!

Towing cars when a citation would do. This is a great expense and loss of time to those citizens whose cars have been impounded.
