Infant of Prague

History

Originally established by Catholic priests, the agency has evolved in to a secular (non-religious) organization that introduced open adoption to the Fresno area. We serve prospective adoptive parents in 17 counties and counsel women facing unexpected pregnancies anywhere in California. Our birth mother services are provided in confidence without judgment, pressure or cost. We provide women with all of their options, so that however they decide to proceed, they do so with confidence and support.

Central California Adoption Services - Infant of Prague is a fully licensed California adoption agency, specializing in counseling women facing an unplanned pregnancy, reviewing all options without pressure or judgment. Should a woman choose to make a plan of adoption, we can match her with one of our approved families. We introduced open adoption to California's central valley in the 1980's and prepare our adoptive families and birth families to consider open lines of communication after the placement of a child. The degree of openness is determined by the families as they decide. In addition, we provide lifelong counseling to birth mothers, adoptees, and adoptive families. We are with you every step of the way.
