History

When I started my business, I didn't realize all the twists and turns I would take in pursuing my dream career of owning a personal chef business and spending my days cooking in the kitchen. But the recession had started and I realized I had many challenges to overcome. To diversify my business, I ventured out into catering starting with small dinner parties which eventually led to catering large scale special events. My biggest clients became lobbyist firms who often held fundraising dinners for Senators, Congressmen and even a dinner for Governor Brown. Next I began teaching cooking classes for children and adults, and cooking themed birthday parties for children at Whole Foods. I took my love of wine and started catering food and wine pairings for local wineries. My personal chef clients includes families who have busy schedules, individuals who have strict dietary needs, and even two Sacramento Kings players.
