They take very good care of their tenants. Apartments are clean and updated as needed. All staff is very nice. Laundry room has been updated and always clean. Maintenance staff is great

This place breaks all the HUD rules! The rules say that they are supposed to have new carpet and fresh paint to be "move in ready". Never happens. I recently relocated to an apartment while mine...
