History

IPM was formed by the owners of Vanguard Investment Properties after years of referring other property management companies to our brokerage clients. We found that the other companies would not maintain the properties correctly and were not performing to the standards we expect. After much deliberation it was determined that the only way to do it right was to do it ourselves. This is when IPM was created.

Specialties

Property Management of Apartment Buildings, Shopping Center, Office Buildings and Industrial Parks. We handle the collection of rents, repairs and preparation of financial statements. We are unique in that we charge owners a flat percentage without the hidden fees most property management companies charge. IPM's core values are maximization of owners profits while providing professional, courteous service to our tenants who are ultimately our customers.
