Not my type of gym (the weight room is a hotel style fitness area on steroids (not a compliment if you're a gym rat (meat head) like me)). With that said. This is a great gym, pricing is decent....

It's your typical gym. Only one in Suisun. Most of the equipment still works well, plenty of free weights, and many treadmills or other cardio needs you may have. It does get crowded in the all...

Good for an in and out type of workout. The classes are pretty accessible and the pool is nice to have. Nothing too wildly exciting about the facility but it definitely fits the need.
