History
Krista has been in the birthing world as a Birth Doula, a birthing assistant, and teaching childbirth education classes for over 8 years. Maureen and Krista decided that mamas need a village/center to go to for all their birthing and mama needs. The center was established because when they were both pregnant with their kids and the early years of being a mama they didn't have a place to seek help/support.

We cater to all your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum needs. We offer Birth Doula, Reiki services, and Ma Prenatal/Mom + Baby Yoga combo classes. We also hold childbirth education classes, postpartum classes, fear release workshops, mama meet ups/villages, mama night outs, and so much more.
