History
Our home church back in San Bruno, Ca was founded by the late Don Sheley over 50 years ago. Highlands Christian Church is the 3rd church plant outside the Bay Area. We had our grand opening in Rocklin on Easter of 2016. We are joined by the Tinetti and the Mitchell family. Pastor Matt Tinetti was our Children's Pastor and Bob Tinetti and Bob Mitchell were elders back at our previous home church. We are all blessed to serve together to serve the community of Rocklin/Roseville/Lincoln/Granite Bay. In June 2020, we closed the HCC chapter of our church and joined forces with Liberty Towers Church in Sacramento. We now have a location in Roseville and we are now called Impact Community Church. Come join us every Sunday at 10am
Specialties
We are a Christian-based, Bible-Teaching, Evangelical Church. Pastor and Author Arnaldo Concepcion exposit and teach the Bible in a way that is practical and easy to understand. We also provide Children School on Sunday mornings and JR & High School Nights every Wednesday.

So there are a lot of churches in the area, but it's nice to see a church be so biblically sound. I for one love expository teaching and Pastor Arnaldo does a great job of letting scripture...
