Food amazing Service was really bad. Was told they're very busy. So bad service is ok ? Sorry but get more help or lose more customers ( lost 3 tonight )

Il Pastaio is classic Italian at upscale prices. Although the food is good, the service and ambiance are what justify it. Every good Italian spot should have good meatballs; they do that here....
