HistoryThe owner who opened NY Pie is from New York. He ran this business with his wife and owned it for a number of years. They sold it a year or so ago to another person who eventually sold to us. We will remain a Mom & Pop business and are very excited to share the delicious pizza with everyone!SpecialtiesWe make our pizza's with hand-tossed dough, our special home made tomato sauce, all fresh ingredients and whole milk mozzarella cheese. This is true New York style pizza with large slices you can fold in half and eat walking down the street! We also have a delicious gluten free pizza. We sell slices and have a nice selection of local beer & wine. We are now selling a gluten free cider, too.
