Exit Planning is used by The Firm to identify financial instruments for tax mitigation and to enhance the value of the sale of a company to the owners. Financial instruments may include trusts, investment accounts, insurance, and other investment vehicles. Investment Management is provided to the Firms Clients to execute financial instruments, mitigate risk, and seek enhanced value.
