I love ihop pancakes and that butter pecan syrup is the best.. service is ok but the prices is getting ridiculous..lol

Horrible service management is really unprofessional , please we need new management makes perris look more ghetto then what already is . Hopefully we get new management with the new target...

The service was friendly, and the food was good, but the prices are entering the realm of the absurd. You may soon have to ask yourself, "Should I eat breakfast or send my kid to college?"

Came here for a 6am breakfast outing. Average service and our waitress was a sweet person. Food was good, we didn't mind the wait since we were catching up.
