I always prefer to go on weekdays because there isn't a line and you can get seated pretty quickly. We had a party at seven and just walked in just a little after 10 AM. I've been to IHOP so...

The meat is old, it is tough, the eggs have no flavor. They are very poorly made, they take a while to serve even though the place is empty

Great service, good value menu and dogs allowed on patio!!!! Anthony was such a great server. Open 24/7 for late night munchies . Will be back
