love the rooftop area student workers are really nice, the gym also is cool. Never had a problem with maintenance. The apartment is nice and spacious compared to my last place

Identity Logan park's lease term is not full 12 months. In lease agreement, it shows 8/15/2025 to 7/30/2026. It is not full 12 months, but still have to pay full month rent. It can be problematic...
