Ice Cream Chef was conceptualized in 2017 by a West Covina resident looking to add a fun and delicious way to bring the community together. Our mission is to sweeten your day with ice cream and aesthetics, and we love sharing our passion for artistry with our wonderful West Covina family.

Ice Cream Chef is a premium gourmet dessert store offering handmade Thai rolled ice cream. We believe in attention to detail and take pride in both our artistry, our presentation, and our quality- because we only use the freshest of ingredients and our milk is delivered direct from a local dairy farm weekly. Our menus hold 16 flavors with fillers and topping included, as well as the option to create your own custom cup. We love seeing you enjoy your Ice Cream Chef experience as you watch us create each cup with love and taste the difference in our freshly made ice cream rolls!
